Laura Whitworth is Head of People at Street Group, where she has worked for over six years. She joined in 2020 as the company’s first dedicated people and talent hire, setting up the employer brand, hiring processes, performance cycles, and internal policies from scratch. She has since built and led the people team that scaled Street Group from 30 to over 200 employees.
