Street.co.uk, the award-winning CRM, has today launched a strategic integration with leading lettings platform Goodlord, connecting the two major platforms to help simplify lettings management.

The integration between the best-in-class systems will help agents manage lettings with greater ease, accuracy, and efficiency. With Street.co.uk’s integration with Goodlord, agents can instantly share property, landlord, and tenant data between platforms, saving valuable time and reducing the risk of manual entry errors.

“Agents need tools that talk to each other. This integration does exactly that - creating a streamlined, end-to-end lettings process across the systems agents already use and trust. We’re removing friction from the day-to-day and helping agents deliver a faster, more professional experience for their clients,” said Heather Staff, Co-Founder of Street Group.

Through the integration, tenancy and property data entered in Street.co.uk is instantly pulled into Goodlord in just one click. Once a tenancy has been progressed and executed in Goodlord, the tenancy documents are automatically synced back to the relevant record in Street.co.uk, creating a closed-loop system that keeps everything accurate and up to date.

“Street.co.uk's values align very much with our own in terms of creating the best possible rental experience for all stakeholders.” Comments Goodlord’s Group Commercial & Partnerships Director, Costas Frangeskou. He adds “Integrating with Street.co.uk means our joint customers can now manage every aspect of their operation, from winning new landlords to collecting and paying out rent, and everything in between. Knowing we're both supporting them with compliance and an overall reduction in running costs will empower them to focus on gaining market share.”

This integration comes at a crucial time for the lettings industry. With growing compliance demands and seismic new legislation on the horizon, agents are under more pressure than ever. This means it’s essential that agents’ systems provide a single source of truth and work seamlessly to support them while they focus on delivering exceptional service.

Hundreds of agencies have already joined the integration waitlist ahead of launch.

Letting agents interested in enabling the integration can contact Street.co.uk or their Goodlord Customer Success Manager for next steps.
