The Challenge

Before Street.co.uk, Brickworks was running their business across five separate software platforms. Their previous CRM handled the basics, but everything else required bolt-ons and workarounds — and the costs were adding up.

The agency had been on the previous system for seven years; it was deeply embedded in how the business ran. But the cracks were showing. Sarah recalls: "It was messy the way we were doing it and it was just becoming more apparent that this needed change."

We used to send out individual confirmations and feedback requests which now go automatically. This saves massive amounts of time for sure.

For a team of five, those hours make a real difference. Even two hours saved daily adds up to more than 500 hours a year — time that goes back into client work, not admin.

The agent app has been a particular standout. Brickworks use freelance staff to cover Saturday viewings, and before Street.co.uk, coordinating appointments and collecting feedback relied on chains of emails.

They can all see their schedule in there, which is hugely helpful. They can see all the notes, they can put their feedback directly in. This was all done by lots of emails before.

The move has also given Sarah clearer oversight of the whole operation. With everyone working from the same platform, the team can see what each person is doing at any time, and sharing notes has become second nature.

Where five separate subscriptions once meant five separate costs, one platform has brought the overall spend down. Sarah adds: "It's helping us save money and be more efficient."

Looking Forward

Seven months in, Brickworks are still discovering new capabilities within Street.co.uk and are using the platform at a much higher capacity than when they first started. Sarah can already see the potential for it to reduce the admin burden further as the business grows, and each month brings new features to explore.
