Our development teams have been busy in March making even more improvements to our latest releases, including some exciting updates on the new Property Information Questionnaire workflow, and some key user experience improvements aimed at elevating your experience on Street.co.uk. Dive in for all the latest updates…

Property Information Questionnaire notifications: Receive an email with every new PIQ

Now, when a vendor submits a PIQ, you’ll get an email as well as a notification within Street.co.uk, helping you keep on top of vendor onboarding and action newly submitted PIQs even quicker.

Access Property Information Questionnaire answers in the Agent App

On-the-go agents can now access comprehensive property information effortlessly, with Property Information Questionnaire answers loading directly into the agent app for each property. Equip your agents with the tools they need to impress consumers by providing instant access to essential information, right at their fingertips!

Create a goal directly from the KPI dashboard modal

Now, when you click on the 'Add a Widget' button on the dashboard, you'll find the option to create a widget directly from a goal. This feature is designed to streamline goal tracking, allowing you to easily monitor progress and ensure that all active goals are being worked towards with a variety of widgets at your disposal. Staying on top of your objectives has never been easier!

Keep your last calendar view

When you book an appointment, you will see your last used calendar view—whether it's the quick book or calendar view. This ensures a seamless booking experience by keeping your preferred interface while enhancing efficiency and user experience.

Improved look and feel when adding preferred locations

We’ve improved the look and feel of the Sales Applicant, Lettings Applicant and Branch Areas page when it comes to logging an applicant’s preferred location or area of interest. Now, you can search by area or toggle all areas, plus we’ve given it a lick of paint, making it even easier to log an applicant's ideal area.

New: Log Permitted Occupiers on a tenancy

We're excited to announce a new update that allows you to distinguish between tenants and permitted occupiers on the tenancy agreement. With this enhancement, when creating a lettings offer for a property, you'll now find a dedicated section to include Permitted Occupiers. This new feature enables you to accurately document who will reside at the property and in what capacity, enhancing clarity and organisation in your records.

And that’s a wrap on March’s development update. We’re already underway with the next raft of changes due next month which are set to enhance your Street.co.uk experience even further. Don’t forget to follow us on X and Linkedin for even more updates.
